Wrong size sent, not easy to exchange
Ordered medium, Large size sent. Tried to return it and was told it was the correct item but labelled incorrectly by them. Nothing during the purchase process or in the parcel mentioned this. Item is far too big and they are very slow to respond to any requests to try and rectify errors on their part. Disappointing so far, puts me off using them.
